Climate
Basin location creates extremes. Summers are brutal (35–40°C) — the hottest major city in Korea. Winters are cold (−5 to 5°C) with dry conditions. Spring has yellow dust from China. Autumn is gorgeous with foliage in nearby mountains. Best months: April, May, October.
