Can I Expat There? is run by Barış Kara, a sole trader based in Türkiye. These terms are governed by Turkish law.

• City verdicts are informational. Scores, costs, rankings, comparisons, and City Finder reports are directional editorial/product outputs from the current city data. They are not legal, immigration, tax, medical, financial, or safety advice.
• Data can lag reality. Costs, visa rules, healthcare access, connectivity, and safety conditions change. Check official and current sources before making relocation decisions.
• Personalized reports are deterministic. A report is rebuilt from your City Finder preferences and the current city data. We do not guarantee that a city is right for every individual situation.
• No account features yet. The current release does not provide saved dashboards, authenticated accounts, subscriber management, or PDF exports.
• Use the site reasonably. Do not abuse endpoints, spam forms, scrape at hostile rates, or try to bypass security controls.
• No warranty. The site is provided as-is. We aim to be useful and honest, but you are responsible for validating decisions that affect your life, work, finances, or legal status.
